LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse), Long Term Care

LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) 13 Week Contract.

Indiana PA.

Long Term Care.

12 hour nights. 36 hours/week. Rotating Weekends.

$40/hour blended rate. Weekly pay.

PA or compact LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license required.

1 year of LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) experience required.

ASAP start for qualified LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse).

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any significant changes or concerns
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information, including medical history, symptoms, and treatment progress
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain proper hygiene practices

Pay: $40.00 per hour
