Lpn - Lvn

Long-term care facility is looking for a skilled and caring Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or (LPN) to join our team. We currently have an opening on our night shift. New grads are welcome to apply. Responsibilities

- Provide nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN)

- Monitor and record vital signs, medication administration, and other health indicators

- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and feeding

- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members

- Document patient care and updates accurately in the medical records

- Participate in care planning and implementation of individualized care plans

- Ensure a safe and hygienic environment for residents and staff

- Current LVN license or LPN license in PA

- Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
