Job Description - LPN / LVN (Nursing)

Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 1-3 years of experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility settings for evening shifts. Must have a valid NY license and BLS (AHA) certification. Familiarity with PointClickCare and experience with common patient diagnoses such as Dementia, Chronic Diseases, and Diabetes preferred. This is a 13-week assignment with an option for permanent placement for candidates residing at least 60 miles away.
