This is a state-funded, licensed assisted living and skilled nursing facility providing care for up to 125 residents. The facility offers a homelike environment with a focus on dignity, personalized care, and community engagement.

Night Nurse Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and in compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Complete documentation and communicate resident care and condition to the interdisciplinary team, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Perform assessments, prepare incident and infection control reports, and participate in quality improvement projects.
• Supervise nursing assistants on shift to ensure quality care and adherence to facility policies.
• Resolve interpersonal and procedural issues, answer care-related questions, and assist with training during the shift.
• Advocate for residents rights, wishes, and directives in all aspects of care.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with residents, families, staff, and visitors, ensuring confidentiality.
• Report assessment findings to physicians as needed and update resident care plans.
• Document all care provided in medical records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Arizona.
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Current Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• OIG/APS name clearance check.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• TB two-step test.
• Hepatitis B vaccination or declination.
• Ability to work night shifts and varied weekends.
