About the Role:
Join Guardian Residential Services LLC as an LPN on the Night Shift 1:1 in Haymarket, VA, where you will provide personalized care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and document patients' vital signs and health status.
- Provide emotional and physical support to residents during night shifts.
- Assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of Virginia.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a residential or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Flexible availability for night shifts and weekends.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
