LPN Nurse

LPN Day & Night Shift Nurse – Dublin Post Acute
Pay: $28.00–$35.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Dublin Post Acute is currently hiring dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for both Day Shift and Night Shift positions. Join a team committed to providing exceptional care and improving the lives of our residents every day.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor resident conditions
• Document resident care accurately and timely
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
• Respond promptly to resident needs and changes in condition
• Ensure compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio LPN License in good standing
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
