Shift: 3 12 shifts, every other weekend rotation

Hours: 7a-7p, or 7p-7a

The Role Itself
Supervises MHT's, delegating tasks and monitoring patients for changes in condition.
Follows hospital policy for medication administration and transcribes/administers physician orders accurately.
Delivers quality nursing care, ensuring treatment plan goals are executed, and documents patient progress.
Interacts with patients and groups, enhancing communication and upholding patient rights.
Monitors detox protocols and communicates patient responses to the Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.
Orientates patients/families to the program, preserves confidentiality.
