Job Description - LPN Nurse Evening Contract for Jersey Shore

REGULAR RATE: $40/hr

>>> CONTRACT DETAILS:

Shift open: 3pm-11:30pm

Every other weekend Required

Contract is for 4 weeks

*** REFERRAL INCENTIVE:
Refer a CNA, LPN or RN. Once they complete 80 hrs or 2 weeks, you will receive a CASH BONUS !

Job Summary

We want to partner with a reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and responsible.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions

Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes

Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the Nurse Supervisor.

Qualifications

Active LPN License

CPR/BLS Certificate

Covid Vaccine Card / Exemption / Declination

2 Professional References

Physical and TB screening

Valid Driver’s License or State ID

SSN Card

EMR: Knowledge of Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful. Training is provided otherwise.

>>> CONTRACT DETAILS:

Shift open: 3pm-11:30pm

Every other weekend Required

Contract is for 4 weeks

Compensation: $40.00 per hour
