In this role, you will:
Direct supervision of work and performance of LPNs as instructed, including input for performance evaluations and corrective action plans as needed
developing staffing plans as needed
Work closely with office manager/office supervisor, head nurse & lead lab medical assistants to ensure efficient office workflow and excellent patient experience
Assist with clinic problem solving, patient wait times, and other areas of concern to increase efficiency and quality services
Provide organized feedback following clinical site visits.
Participate in all regularly scheduled clinical team meetings.
Implement and communicate policies and procedures for various departments.
Maintain and enforce all safety policy and procedures.
Develop and promote teamwork
Provide additional support for the clinical team, which includes all functions of an LPN and MA.
Assists physicians with patient office visits
Performs administrative tasks
Administers and documents medication under physician’s orders
Fields patient telephone calls and responds accordingly.
Compiles and assists providers in responses to triages from team members and patients received by phone or electronic messages
Participates in offices “huddle” as assigned
Float throughout Western locations as needed
We require:
Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care according to individual needs.
Must demonstrate an understanding of clinical risk.
Previous experience in a lead role or demonstrated potential to act in a lead capacity.
Must demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and
other health care professionals. Must have reliable transportation.
Hours: Monday-Friday Salary up to 135,000 annually based on experience. Benefits including Tuition Reimbursement, Health Insurance on day 1 of employment, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short and Long term disability, 401k Plan, generous PTO time, 8 paid holidays (2 floating) and more.
