LPN Nurse Manager $70k-$72k

• Provide direct, individualized nursing care to assigned residents, including pain management, oxygen therapy, wound care, and incontinence management.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and social needs; develop and implement care plans accordingly.
• Ensure accurate medication administration and proper documentation of all nursing interventions.
• Supervise nursing team members, delegate tasks, and ensure quality care delivery.
• Monitor and manage material resources necessary for resident care.
• Recognize and respond appropriately to emergencies and life-threatening situations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic resident care, including participation in activities and proper nutrition.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including incident reports, monthly summaries, and resident records.

Education Station: Got a Bachelor's Degree? You're on the right track! If not, no worries – we're cool with a combo of experience and smarts that'll knock our socks off.

Nursing Know-How: Are you a nursing ninja? That's what we're after!

Time in the Trenches: At least 1 year of experience. Hey, Rome wasn't built in a day, right?

Specialty Sauce: Skilled, sub-acute, or memory care setting experience. Bonus points if you can remember where you left your keys!

License to Thrill: RN license from an accredited school. No secret agent credentials required, though that would be cool.

Lingo Skills: English fluency that'll make {NAME} proud. You'll be chatting with everyone from big bosses to cool coworkers and awesome residents.

Tech Wizardry: Basic computer skills. If you can navigate social media, you're probably overqualified!
