LPN or RN In-Home Nurse Supervisor

• Full Time: Monday - Friday
• Jefferson City, MO Region
• Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000

Responsibilities:

• Help supervise home care cases and field nurses
• Help train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff
• Work cases in field as needed for non-acute patients
• Ensure quality care and compliance with policies
• Promote open, supportive communication
• Uphold operational standards and drive efficiency
• Provide emotional support to families and team members
• Assist with complaints and performance concerns
• Assess and document patient care per policy & plan of care

Requirements:

• Active Missouri or Compact LPN or RN license
• Previous nursing supervisor experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to train and lead in the field and office settings
