Job Description - LPN /Rn

We are looking for a kind and passionate LPN and RN to work in a Skilled nursing facility. Provide and coordinate nursing care in compliance with facility policies.

Requirements

1 yr of experience in post-acute/LTC setting - preferred

Vent and Trach experience is a plus

vaccinated and boosted

Ability to remain calm in stressful situations.

Reliable and hardworking

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Shift Notes:

1:30p-10p

6 weeks

36 guaranteed hours
