🩺 Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise home care cases and field nurses
• Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff
• Ensure quality care and compliance with policies
• Promote open, supportive communication
• Uphold operational standards and drive efficiency
• Provide emotional support to families and team members
• Assist with complaints and performance concerns
• Assess and document patient care per policy & plan of care

✅ What You’ll Need:

• Active Missouri or Compact LPN or RN license
• 1+ year pediatric nursing experience (required)
• Previous nursing supervisor experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Willingness to train and lead in both home and office settings
• Knowledge of Private Duty Nursing is a plus (but not required—we will train!)
