Position: Part Time LPN Supervisor
Description:
- Participate in the hiring of field staff and interview process, as applicable.
- Assist in new hire orientations and client-specific orientations.
- Supervise assistive personnel through observing care rendered in the home and through review of documentation to ensure services meet state supervisory requirements.
- Report any changes in the patients condition or unmet social determinant health and safety needs.
- Provide feedback to employees including recognition, counseling, and termination of employment.
- Assist in regular field staff performance evaluations with Clinical Manager oversight and Client Service Manager/Director input.
- Functioning as a liaison between field and office staff.
- Act as patient advocate, as appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Holds a current license in good standing as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Hawaii.
- Graduate of an accredited and approved nursing program.
- Have at least one year of verifiable work experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.
Highlights:
- Part Time position, 15-20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, up to $33/hour.
