Position Overview – LPN Baylor Program (Weekends)

The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing at Rome is excited to offer a premium-pay Baylor opportunity for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). This program is designed for nurses who want maximized weekend earnings, a predictable schedule, and full-time pay in fewer days.

Baylor Program Highlights:

Work 4 Baylor shifts per pay period
Two 16-hour shifts each weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
Complete all 4 shifts and get paid for a 5th shift
Ideal for LPNs seeking higher income and weekdays free

  Receive pay for a 5th shift when ALL 4 shifts are completed

  
  

Optional weekday availability is welcome but not required.

LPN Responsibilities

• 
  

  Deliver high-quality resident care in accordance with individualized care plans

  
  


• 
  

  Perform medication administration, treatments, and wound care

  
  


• 
  

  Oversee, guide, and support CNAs to ensure timely and accurate care

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain detailed documentation within the EMR

  
  


• 
  

  Adhere to infection control, safety standards, and facility policies

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with nursing leadership and the interdisciplinary team

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Current NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license

  
  


• 
  

  Long-term care experience preferred but not required

  
  


• 
  

  Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills

  
  


• 
  

  Reliability and commitment to completing all Baylor shifts

  
  


• 
  

  Compassionate, professional, and team-oriented
