Starting at: $40 per hour

As a valued LPN at WorkFit Medical Staffing, you will be providing essential support to patients in long-term care settings. Your dedication will ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care and support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Administering prescribed medications and treatments to patients.
• Monitoring resident health and documenting changes and progress.
• Assisting patients with daily activities and personal care.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Providing emotional support and education to patients and families.

• Valid NY State LPN license.
• At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care facility.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a healthcare team.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification current.
