The Licensed Practical Nurse works under the direct supervision of the practice providers. A patient base of 1,000 to 3,000 patients is served and 20-50 patients are seen each day; resulting referrals, correspondence, reports, and phone calls will be addressed by the LPN. 1. Successful completion of an accredited practical nursing and pharmacology program. 2. Maintains current nursing licensure in the State of Ohio with completion of continuing education requirements. 3. Prior experience in a hospital or ambulatory health care facility preferred. 4. Successfully learn and implement related department tasks and be of assistance to management and physicians. 5. Self-motivated to achieve the highest patient care and customer service standards. 6. CPR certified or obtained within the first 3 months of employment
