What You’ll Do:

• Be the calm, compassionate presence during weekend shifts
• Provide skilled care such as medication administration, G-tube, trach, and ventilator support
• Monitor your patient’s condition and respond with skill and care
• Assist with daily living activities like feeding, bathing, and positioning
• Partner with families to follow the physician-approved plan of care
• Work independently with the peace of mind that our nurse supervisors and on-call team are always a phone call away
