We’re searching for LPNs and RNs who are ready to trade the hustle of a busy facility for the joy of one-on-one care. You’ll work with incredible kids and young adults who need your expertise and compassion to thrive at home. And yes—you’ll make a real difference every single shift.

What You’ll Do (aka: How You’ll Change Lives)

• Give medications and treatments that keep your patient healthy and strong
• Provide g-tube, trach, and ventilator care with confidence (training provided if you need it!)
• Help with daily routines like feeding, bathing, and mobility support
• Keep accurate notes and communicate any changes in condition
• Be a reassuring partner for families, guiding them through care routines
• Team up with your nurse supervisor to follow personalized care plans

Whether you’re a seasoned pediatric nurse or new to this specialty, we’ll give you all the tools, training, and cheerleading you need to succeed.
