You’ll work one-on-one with children and young adults who have specialized medical needs, helping them live their best lives at home while giving families peace of mind.

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled, personalized care to pediatric clients in their homes
• Administer medications and treatments
• Care for g-tubes, trachs, and ventilators
• Document care and update care plans using electronic charting
• Support and educate families in their child’s daily routines
• Collaborate with your nursing supervisor and care team
