Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated LTAC RN to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA. As an LTAC RN, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to patients in our Long-Term Acute Care Unit. This position requires a high level of clinical expertise, compassion, and the ability to work effectively in a long-term care setting.

Key Responsibilities: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare team members.
Monitoring and managing patient symptoms and conditions, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Providing specialized care for patients with chronic illnesses, complex medical conditions, and prolonged recovery periods.
Educating patients and their families about their conditions, medications, and long-term care needs.
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Qualifications: Active RN license in Georgia.
Minimum three (3) years of current experience in a long-term care setting (must have worked within the last six (6) months).
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation: $47.00 - $57.00 per hour
