LTL Shipping Associate

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented LTL Shipping Associate to manage daily freight shipments. This role is responsible for operating a forklift, boxing and preparing products for shipment, and ensuring all outgoing freight is accurate and on time.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package freight for shipment
• Operate a forklift to move materials safely
• Stage and load outgoing shipments
• Communicate effectively with the warehouse team
• Ensure accuracy of shipments and proper documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Experience in shipping and packaging required
• Forklift experience preferred (certification a plus)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
