At Mike Bass Ford & Bass Mazda, a family-owned and community-rooted dealership since 1977, we’re expanding our Service Team and seeking a skilled, reliable, and motivated Automotive Technician with proven experience. What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Accurately complete repair orders and ensure timely completion of work.


• Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate clearly with Service Advisors.


• Keep up with OEM certifications (training provided).


• Mentor junior technicians as part of a collaborative, team-first culture.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of professional technician experience 


• Ability to work efficiently with a focus on safety and quality.


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.


• Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Flat Rate Compensation
  Competitive Pay: $23.50 - $27.00 per hour
