Reponsibilities

• Trouble shooting/decision making: Determining Causes of operating errors and deciding how to fix the problem.


• Reading comprehension: understanding written documents concerning work related tasks


• Writing: communicating effectively with co-workers through proper grammatical and spelling


• Communication: effectively communicating with the team to fix the customers needs in a timely manner.
