Job Summary:
The Lube Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform minor maintenance such as oil and filter changes
• Inspect tires, brakes, and all fluid levels
• Communicate repair and maintenance recommendations to the Service Advisor team
• Complete multipoint inspections with accuracy
• Maintain quality, safety, and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working with tools, safety rules, and maintenance instructions
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow processes
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR
Working Conditions:
• Indoor and outdoor auto shop environment
• Full-time schedule with some weekends required
• Must be able to work on your feet and handle physical tasks safely
