We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused individual to join our service department as a Lube Technician. Experience is welcome—but not required.

If you bring the passion, we’ll provide the training.

Pay Range

$16.00 – $19.00 per hour, based on experience.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and basic maintenance services

  
  


• 
  

  Inspect and replenish vehicle fluids as needed

  
  


• 
  

  Check and adjust tire pressure

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate with the parts and service teams to ensure smooth workflow

  
  


• 
  

  Operate tools and shop equipment safely and efficiently

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with diagnostic and general repair support as experience grows

  
  


• 
  

  Keep accurate records and follow factory and dealership procedures

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Eagerness to learn and grow within the automotive industry

  
  


• 
  

  Basic mechanical aptitude (experience a plus but not required)

  
  


• 
  

  Team-oriented with strong communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Dependable, punctual, and coachable

  
  


• 
  

  Positive attitude and a strong work ethic

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

  Ability to operate tools and diagnostic equipment safely
