Lube Technician

Woody Buick GMC is seeking Part Time Lube Technicians.  We are seeking individuals interested in beginning a career as an automotive technician.  We are looking for applicants with the ability to preform light maintenance and multi-point inspections on vehicles.

Compensation: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough multipoint inspections


• Perform maintenance (primarily oil change and tire rotations) with efficiency in accordance with dealership and General Motors standards


• Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing technology.


• Inspect vehicles, record findings and make recommendations so that necessary repairs can be made. 

Requirements:

• Previous automotive experience is not required


• Complete and maintain current factory training


• Hold a valid driver’s license


• Ability to lift 50 lbs. 


• Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service


• Working knowledge of shop equipment such as wheel and tire equipment, alignment system, diagnostic equipment, AC equipment
