Lube Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Lube Technician to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and oil changes on vehicles, ensuring that all services are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This role is essential in maintaining customer satisfaction and vehicle performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various makes and models of vehicles.

- Inspect vehicles for any additional maintenance needs and communicate findings to service advisors.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and tools.

- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

- Assist in other service department tasks as needed.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in automotive service or maintenance preferred.

- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
