Lube Technician

Mike Carpino Ford Lincoln is looking for a reliable, motivated Lube Technician to join our team! This is a great entry-level opportunity if you are looking to kick-start or grow your career in the automotive industry. 

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop hands-on mechanical skills, gain dealership experience, and learn automotive diagnostics in a fast-paced, family-oriented environment. You will be responsible for performing basic vehicle maintenance services, including, but not limited to, oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs, ensuring vehicles are safe and ready for the road.  

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle maintenance 

  
  

• 
  

  Check and top off fluids (coolant, brake fluid, windshield washer, etc.) 

  
  

• 
  

  Assist with basic automotive repairs under supervision, including brake inspections and alignments 

  
  

• 
  

  Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and communicate findings to senior technicians or service advisors 

  
  

• 
  

  Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency during service procedures 

  
  

• 
  

  Assist service technicians as needed  

  
  

• 
  

  Provide friendly customer service  

  
  

Skills

• 
  

  Basic mechanical knowledge or automotive repair experience is a plus (but not required—we'll train the right person!) 

  
  

• 
  

  Strong work ethic with an eagerness to learn automotive repair techniques

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform tasks in a timely manner 

  
  

• 
  

  Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment is a plus

  Physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods

Pay

$16 for the first 90 days with potential for pay increase after performance review
