Lube Technician – Entry Level

The Truck Shop is a division of Small & Sons Oil – a local, family-owned company based in Auburn, WA. which has been in business for more than 60 years. We are a busy commercial truck dealership taking care of both Fleets and Independently Operated Heavy and Medium duty commercial trucks.

Our shop is looking for a Lube Technician to join our team. No experience is needed, but we are looking for someone who is mechanically inclined.

Our Lube Technicians perform a variety of minor services on commercial trucks including oil changes and other fluid replacements. These services need to be performed safely, correctly, and timely, to help customers get back on the road.

Job Requirements:

• Must have your own tools and toolbox


• Basic knowledge of mechanics


• Ability to work independently and with a team


• Must be task oriented, organized, and keep work area clean


• Must have a valid driver's license


• Must be dependable, be on time, and ready to work!

Physical Requirements:

• Occasionally: Lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects


• Frequently: Use hands/fingers to grasp, move, assemble objects, and manipulate tools


• Frequently: Bend, twist, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl


• Frequently: Stand for long periods, walk

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 7am - 5pm
