Job Description - Lube Technician

Romano Ford has an immediate opening for an Automotive Lube Technician. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Lube Tech but is not required. As a Lube Tech at Romano Ford, you will be responsible for changing oil, replacing air filters, rotating tires, among other maintenance and repair tasks.

Pay:

Pay starts at $30,000 per year and goes up to $50,000 for an experienced Lube Tech

Lube Technician Qualifications/experience:

BOCES certificate or degree/training in automotive technology

Strong problem solving skills

Proficiency with automotive tools and equipment.

Valid NYS Driver's license is required

NYS inspectors' license is preferred

Job responsibilities include:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on all vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines.

Change oil

Replace air filters

Rotate Tires

Complete repairs in a timely manner while ensuring quality workmanship.

Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed.
