The Role

As a Lube Technician, you'll be a key part of our service team, helping deliver a smooth and exceptional customer experience. You'll perform essential maintenance services, complete vehicle inspections, and identify potential issues before they become major repairs. What You'll Own:

  Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance services with accuracy and efficiency.  

  
  

• 
  

  Complete multi-point vehicle inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs.  

  
  

• 
  

  Document and communicate vehicle findings using inspection technology and videos.  

  
  

• 
  

  Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.  

  
  

• 
  

  Help build customer trust by identifying concerns early and supporting transparent service recommendations.

  Comfortable working with a variety of vehicles in a fast-paced environment and able to meet the physical demands of an active technician role, including regularly lifting up to 50 pounds.

  Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

  Automotive or dealership experience is a plus, but a great attitude goes a long way.
