Responsibilities:

• Work with supervisor and Monroe facility management to  ensure production goals are met.
• Comply with all Monroe policies, safety procedures and PPE  requirements.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Cut mylar and form into heads using a hot press.
• Cut & form rings from metal, treat in chemical pit, rinse and allow to dry.
• Insert inner rings into heads and press in outer channel.
• Clean and paint heads.
• Stamp painted heads with automatic stamper.
• Clean and pack heads.

 Qualifications:

• Ability to read, follow directions, and good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Maintain regular attendance.
• Ability to stand and or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 30 pounds.
• May occasionally require the following activities: climbing, bending, reaching, lifting, twisting, standing, stooping, kneeling,   finger/hand dexterity, grasping, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
• Work is performed in-doors.
