Responsibilities:

1. Work with supervisor and Monroe facility management to ensure production goals are met.
2. Comply with all Monroe policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
3. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
4. Use tape measure and panel cutter to cut wood to specified dimensions.
5. Set up and operate molding machine producing high-quality product with strong attention to detail.
6. Knowledge of wood products.
7. Basic computer skills
8. Operate a palm sander
9. Operate a walk-behind forklift.
10. Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or facility management.

Qualifications:

1. Ability to read a tape measure.
2. Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide and fractions.
3. Ability to read, follow directions, and good communication skills
4. Ability to work with others in a team environment.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Regular attendance.
7. Ability to stand and or walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
8. Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
9. Requires frequent climbing, bending, stooping, twisting, turning, kneeling, reaching, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.
10. Work is performed primarily in-doors.
