Job Summary 

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are looking for a fast paced work environment where you will be able to influence the direction of a new company. As a Box Office Team Member you will be responsible safety and customer service excellence. You will work to ensure customers leave safe and happy.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent customer service experience during sales transactions and inquiries 


• Work with fellow team members to meet customer needs and daily goals


• Create a safe and fun atmosphere


• Complete transactions for employees and guide guests through their experience at Lumberjack Feud 

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ticket sales in a box office or similar environment


• 2+ years of Customer Service Experience in hospitality and tourism


• Ability to handle a high volume of calls
  


• Must be available nights and weekends 


• Strong team player with adaptability


• Decisive and able to quickly make decisions in a fast-paced environment


• Able and willing to work flexible schedules/shifts


• Previous experience with Dinner Shows a plus


• Previous tourism/entertainment experience is a plus
