Lumberjack Feud Team Member

Job Summary 

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast paced work environment. Someone who is capable of cross-training and working with multiple departments. As a Lumberjack Feud Team Member you will be responsible for safety and customer service excellence. You will work to ensure all guests have a wonderful experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an excellent customer service experience during sales transactions and inquiries 


• Work with fellow team members to meet customer needs and daily goals


• Create a safe and fun atmosphere


• Direct and guide guests through their supper show experience

Box Office

• Greet each guest and provide an amazing start to the experience


• Sell tickets and answer questions regarding the pricing and guest services


• Answer phone calls and make reservations


• Be available to sell merchandise before, during and after the show


• Take tickets and answer questions for guests entering the show


• Assist other departments with tasks as needed

Kitchen/Concession

• Handle and serve food while complying with food safety guidelines


• Prep and cook meals for the show and concessions


• Stock and keep inventory of food and beverages


• Process guest transactions at the concession stand


• Carry out any additional requests made by the kitchen manager

Retail

• Interact with guests and ensure they find what they need

• Process transactions for guests


• Keep inventory stocked and organized

Qualifications

• Must be available to work nights and weekends 


• Strong team player with adaptability


• Decisive and able to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment


• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts


• Previous tourism/entertainment experience is a plus


• Comfortable working partially outdoors in all weather conditions
