Lumper - Freight Handler (Weekly Pay)

Position: Lumper (Loading and Unloading Containers)

Location: Savannah, GA area

Pay: Pay is based on your productivity and the volume handled (number of boxes, weight, and other factors). The more you work, the more you earn!

Schedule: 
Each warehouse sets its own schedule. Your day ends when you finish your assigned container. This is a first-shift position.

Who We're Looking For:
We’re seeking experienced lumpers—motivated, energetic, and reliable individuals ready to join a dynamic team. If you enjoy physical work, being efficient, and working with others, this is the job for you!

Requirements:

• Working mobile phone and email access

• Experience in warehouse or manual labor (preferred)

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stay active throughout the day

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Willingness to work in varying conditions (heat/cold)

• Responsible, punctual, and proactive attitude

• Reliable transportation to and from work

Your Responsibilities:

• Quickly and accurately load and unload goods

• Properly organize and stack merchandise

• Inspect shipments and report any discrepancies

• Operate pallet jacks and other loading equipment

• Keep the work area clean and safe

• Follow all warehouse safety guidelines
