Position: Luxury Automotive Strategy Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $300–$350/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Review strategy materials, including market insights and strategic recommendations for the luxury automotive sector.
• Assess these materials from a C-suite executive perspective to ensure they are compelling and actionable.
• Identify logical gaps, red flags, unsupported assumptions, and inconsistencies in insights and recommendations.
• Flag conflicts with actual luxury automotive operations, such as brand scarcity, exclusivity, and pricing power.
• Highlight missing considerations expected by a luxury auto leadership team.
• Deliver clear, structured written feedback and optionally a short debrief call summarizing key strengths and improvements.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 10+ years of experience in business strategy with a focus on the luxury automotive sector.
• Background as a Partner, Principal, Associate Partner, or senior consultant at a top strategy firm with luxury automotive casework.
• Experience in a senior leadership or strategy role at a luxury automaker.
• Senior advisor or board-level experience with luxury automotive or adjacent ultra-luxury brands.
• Strong understanding of luxury automotive executive decision-making.
• Proven ability to review strategy documents and provide executive-ready feedback.
• Excellent written communication in English.

Preferred

• Experience with brands like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Aston Martin, McLaren, or Bugatti.
• Exposure to adjacent luxury categories and how luxury brand principles apply.
• Experience presenting to or working alongside C-suite executives and boards.
• Familiarity with industry dynamics like electrification and ultra-high-net-worth client trends.
