Luxury Automotive Client Advisor

We are looking for a Luxury Automotive Client Advisor to join our sales team! The right candidate will have experience working with clients in a luxury setting and fast paced environment. Automotive experience is a plus, but what we're really looking for a is a confident team player ready for a great opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Being an integral part of providing an extraordinary shopping, purchase, and delivery experience 


• Consulting with our guests and reviewing the features and benefits of the exciting Lincoln product lineup


• Completing a needs assessment with a goal of recommending the perfect vehicle for the guest and their family


• Working with management to set personal benchmarks while receiving the training and coaching to achieve these goals


• Willingness to utilize all available tools necessary for professional growth and development

Requirements:

• Automotive sales background preferred


• Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation skills


• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence in a team environment


• Strong written and communication skills


• Valid driver's license required and clean driving record


• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
