Position Summary

As a Luxury Client Advisor, you will guide customers through every stage of the vehicle purchasing journey-from the initial introduction to vehicle delivery and beyond. You'll build long-term relationships by providing personalized service, expert product knowledge, and a first-class luxury buying experience that exceeds expectations.

Success in this role comes from building trust, understanding each client's unique needs, and delivering an ownership experience that creates lifelong customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with new and existing clients.


• Deliver a personalized, consultative luxury vehicle purchasing experience.


• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, technology, and features.


• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.


• Maintain consistent communication with clients through phone, email, text, and CRM tools.


• Generate business through referrals, repeat customers, networking, and prospecting.


• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using the dealership CRM.


• Work closely with the Finance, Service, and Management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


• Deliver vehicles with comprehensive product demonstrations and technology orientation.


• Consistently achieve monthly sales, customer satisfaction, and performance goals.


• Stay current on manufacturer product knowledge, incentives, and competitive vehicle information.


• Represent the dealership with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm always.

Qualifications

• Automotive sales experience preferred; luxury retail or commissioned sales experience will also be considered.


• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.


• Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.


• Professional appearance and demeanor.


• Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed.


• Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.


• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
