Luxury Brand Pre-Owned Technician

Job Summary:
Audi Hampton is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Brand Pre-Owned Technician to join our team in Hampton, Virginia. As a Full Time - base plus commission Technician, you will be responsible for repairing, servicing, and maintaining pre-owned luxury vehicles from brands such as Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Lexus, Land Rover and more! This individual contributor role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver exceptional work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of pre-owned luxury vehicles to identify and diagnose any issues or potential problems
- Perform necessary repairs and maintenance tasks according to manufacturer specifications and dealership standards
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and other team members to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep detailed records of all services and repairs performed on vehicles
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and changes in technology through ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements:

- VA State Inspector preferred 
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician in the auto industry
- ASE certifications preferred
- Experience working with luxury brands preferred
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools and equipment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
