SUMMARY:  We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically focused Retail Allocator (Entry to Junior Level) to play a key role in inventory analysis and strategic product allocation across our retail stores. This position is ideal for someone with strong Excel skills and an interest in optimizing inventory flows to maximize sales and minimize stock imbalances. You will be responsible for leveraging data to drive allocation strategies and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure inventory aligns with business needs. Familiarity with tools such as Anaplan or Cegid is highly valued. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analysis & Forecasts: Analyze sales trends and inventory levels to allocate products effectively across stores. Prepare and present reports on inventory allocation and performance metrics. Working with the buying team on sales forecasts to ensure a good level of stock
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with the buying team to understand product performance and make allocation recommendations. Work closely with store managers to ensure they are informed about incoming merchandise and inventory needs. Working with the buying team on sales forecasts to ensure a good level of stock
• Inventory & Allocation: Monitor stock levels and adjust allocations based on sales performance and seasonality. Support the development of allocation strategies that enhance sales and minimize stockouts. Allocate the uniforms and other special items.
• Maintaining databases: Update Replenishment Tool to align with the trends and seasonal needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Retail Management, or related field.
• Previous e xperience in retail allocation, inventory management, or supply chain preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and retail management software.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Anaplan and/or Cegid would be a plus.
• Fluent in English.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions:· Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
