Job Description - Luxury Retail Sales Associate- Philadelphia

Philadelphia, PA – Retail Sales Associate

Are you passionate about crowning goddesses? Do you have a keen eye for hair style and love interacting with people? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers in our Philadelphia (PA) location (118 S 18th street Philadelphia, PA). We offer a competitive hourly rate ($17-$21per Hour) as well as a monthly bonus based on store sales. At Avigail Adam there are unlimited opportunities for growth, paid time off and a 50% employee discount.

Responsibilities: As the Retail Sales Associate

Engage guests as they enter the store and demonstrate our products in their hair; highlighting the various hair styles that they can achieve simply with our various jewelry items.

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers, resolving issues, and creating a welcoming shopping environment.

Ensure the store maintains a clean, organized, and visually appealing appearance.

Qualifications:

Previous retail experience, preferably in hair related products.

Highly motivated, energetic, empathetic

Loves interacting with people and creating connections

Strong at sales without being pushy

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
