Base Salary: $55,000-$69,000 (paid hourly) + Uncapped Commissions (OTE: $70,000-$95,000)

Core Hours: 40 hours; must be able to work weekends; Schedule will vary
Store Hours: Monday-Saturday, 11 AM – 6 PM, Sunday 12 PM – 6 PM
Luxury Sales Associate (luxury retail sales exp. req.) Description
Our client, a family-owned luxury jewelry designer, is looking to add additional Sales Associates to their location in Dallas, TX. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing a diverse clientele and creating meaningful experiences for them. Whether you have luxury sales experience from selling jewelry or your experience comes from high-end clothing or accessories, they’re looking for someone who understands that presentation is key and prides themselves on their ability to anticipate their customers’ needs and provide a consultative, service-minded approach. Luxury Sales Associate (luxury retail sales exp. req.) Responsibilities
• Greet customers and educate them on current promotions
• Maintain inventory awareness to provide and recommend merchandise
• Discover customer needs through a consultative sale approach
• Create and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability
• Maintain a visually appealing, organized store that aligns with the brand's identity
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Foster repeat business by building relationships with customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS register system
• Operate in a service-minded mentality and look for opportunities to help
• Maintain brand standards and pursue continuous product training
• Achieve individual and store goals for sales and customer acquisition
Luxury Sales Associate (luxury retail sales exp. req.) Qualifications
• 3+ years of luxury retail sales experience required
• Intermediate computer skills required
• Ability to work weekends and holidays required
