Job Description - Luxury Sales Consultant

The Gents Place is the Next Level membership-based men’s grooming and lifestyle club expanding across the country and looking for top talent to grow the business.

Job description:

The ideal Salesperson is passionate about helping others look and feel their best, enjoys having empowering conversations with guests and thrives in a sales environment.

This is NOT a receptionist's job. It’s a professional sales career.

A day in the life:

We answer all phones and take reservations offsite, so you can spend more time in our club conversing with guests.

You’re educating our guests on the benefits of joining our membership-based men’s grooming club

You love the challenge of meeting retail and membership sales quotas

You’re playing bartender, offering our guests beverage selections at our complimentary top-shelf bar

You’re completing all of our extensive sales and personal development training programs to be your best

In addition to great benefits, experienced full-time Sales Concierges with track records of success can earn up to $15/hour starting pay, plus commissions!

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

The Gents Place is America’s Ultra-Premium Men’s Grooming & Lifestyle Club. With locations across the country, we are seeking Grooming Specialists, Barbers, Shoe Shine Specialists and Member Concierges to help us meet the demands of our rapidly growing membership base.
