What You’ll Do:

• Empower Through Connection: Build meaningful relationships with guests by understanding their stories, preferences, and vision, creating a welcoming and empowering environment in the studio.
• Sales Expertise: Present Nuovo’s curated product offerings with confidence and professionalism. You don’t just meet goals – you exceed them. 
• Resilience & Adaptability: You thrive in high-pressure situations and adapt to every challenge with grace.
• Guest Experience: Serve as both a guide and an ambassador of luxury, ensuring every guest feels seen, celebrated, and valued throughout their session.
• Results-Oriented Performance: Leverage your natural ability to influence and inspire guests, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets. 
• Collaboration: Partner with the studio team to ensure seamless experiences, from the initial introduction to product delivery, embodying the Nuovo values of artistry and excellence.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure all processes, from product presentations to order finalization, are executed with precision and care.

About You:

• A passion for connecting with people and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
• Proven track record in luxury sales, hospitality, or a related field. High-ticket sales experience is an asset.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and confident demeanor.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to navigate conversations that lead to meaningful sales outcomes.
• An appreciation for the finer details that define a luxury experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Availability to work weekends and evenings, in-person.
• Prepared for long hours and physical activity. 
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is considered a notable asset.
