  • A luxury travel professional with deep-rooted knowledge of the Luxury Travel Industry coupled with proven relationship-based sales success and can convert that expertise into mentorship and team-leading strategies.

I Will:



  • Guide a team of dedicated travel agents to exceed client expectations through meticulous planning and exceptional service.

  • Motivate and mentor my team to not only sell vacations but to sell the Luxuria lifestyle, highlighting the exclusive benefits and personalized attention that our clients receive

  • Lead immersive sales coaching sessions, which involve call listening, interactive roleplay, and live sales critiques.

  • Develop personalized development plans for each agent, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses to craft tailored goals that drive growth and success.

  • Assist in the cultivation of a high-end book of business, generating long-term, lucrative repeat clientele.

  • Assume responsibility for the individual and team’s success by holding each agent accountable for their sales goals.



I Have:



  • Grown and maintained a successful book of business comprised of Luxury Travel clientele.

  • Extensive knowledge within the Luxury, 5-star, Hotel industry.

  • Experience handling the unexpected. When things go wrong, I spring into action.

  • A leader mindset that can inspire and drive results.
