We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Luxury Travel Support Consultant to assist clients with planning and coordinating refined, well-organized travel experiences. In this role, you will support clients through research, itinerary development, and booking coordination to ensure every trip is thoughtfully planned and clearly communicated. This position allows you to work from home while delivering high-quality service to travelers with diverse preferences and expectations.

You will consult with clients to understand travel goals, budgets, and timelines, then research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and activities that align with their needs. You will prepare customized itineraries, coordinate reservations, and confirm all booking details. Providing reliable support before, during, and after travel—including assisting with updates or changes—is a key part of this role. The position emphasizes organization, professionalism, and client care rather than sales pressure.
