Luxury Vacation Planner

We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Luxury Vacation Planners. In this fully remote role, you will help clients design personalized, high-end travel experiences including cruises, European vacations, and all-inclusive resort stays.

What Youll Do:

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences and budgets
• Research destinations, resorts, cruise lines, and travel suppliers
• Create customized itineraries and travel proposals
• Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and documentation
• Provide professional support before, during, and after travel
• Participate in ongoing training and team collaboration

What Were Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable using digital tools and online systems
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Passion for travel and hospitality
• No prior experience required; training provided
