Job Description - LVN

Position Summary: Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses provide skilled nursing care, treatment and education to their patients in a variety of settings including, but not limited to, acute care, outpatient clinics and hospitals.

Job Requirements for all candidates:

Licensed to practice as a licensed vocation nurse in the state of Texas (or a state that recognizes reciprocity through the Nurse Licensure Compact).

Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.

Demonstrated computer & electronic health record skills preferred.

Current Open Shifts: (Subject to change)

LVN/LPNs – 4 available positions

40-hours/week

Rotating Schedule

Shifts- 1:45pm - 10:15 pm (work weekends/month); or: two double shifts on weekends. Shift - 9:45pm - 6:15am.

Other:

Must have valid photo ID and current American Heart Association CPR certification

Must have negative PPD results within last 12 months

COVID-19 testing with negative results required

COVID-19 Vaccination Card if applicable

Must be able to successfully pass a urine drug screen and background check

Must be able to successfully pass an FBI fingerprint background check

Compensation: $34.00 - $37.00 per hour; Weekend differentials available

Other locations are available across Texas.
